Throughout my career, I’ve lived and worked across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, leading international teams and supporting organisations through growth, transformation and change.

One thing became clear: while organisations invest heavily in technology, processes and training, people often lack access to trusted conversations when they need them most.

That’s why I founded Mentaa.

Our mission is to make coaching and mentoring more accessible by connecting individuals and organisations with carefully selected coaches and mentors for trusted, confidential support.

Today, I’m building a global community around a simple belief: meaningful human conversations can change careers, strengthen leadership, improve wellbeing and unlock potential.

Having worked across seven countries and cultures, I believe curiosity, trust and human connection remain powerful drivers of growth.
